This Georgia spec home was completely reimagined to create a more open, functional layout tailored to modern living and entertaining. Walls were removed to improve flow throughout the main living spaces, while a custom kitchen and dramatic pass-through bar became central features of the home.
Existing cabinetry was thoughtfully repurposed in the basement bar area and refinished in a rich fern green, bringing new character and warmth to the space. A custom movable bar was designed to enhance the adjoining golf simulator room, creating a flexible environment for hosting and relaxation. New porches, custom draperies, and carefully selected furnishings completed the transformation, resulting in a home that feels both elevated and inviting.
